You can permanently delete your LoadNode account and all data stored in the cloud at any time. Here’s how.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open LoadNode and go to the Settings tab.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and everything stored in the cloud (your email, synced logbook and any photos you backed up) is permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Prefer we do it for you?
Email info@loadnode.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm and remove it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account email, cloud-synced logbook data, and any photos you chose to back up are deleted from our systems, and residual copies are purged from backups on our regular cycle (within 30 days). Data that lives only on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app — LoadNode is local-first, so most of your data never leaves your phone in the first place.
