We do not sell your personal information.
Please see the “Your Rights” section below for more information about exercising your privacy rights regarding sales of your personal information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your device by your browser. Cookies are generally used to allow websites to respond to you as an individual, to remember your preferences, to test content, and to analyze your interactions with websites or with advertisements. LoadNode sets no advertising or analytics cookies and builds no profile of you. Our website host and Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage for security and spam prevention, and YouTube sets its own cookies if you play an embedded video on our Resources page.
Children’s privacy
This Application is intended for use by a general audience and does not offer services to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 18 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond to that child to inform them that they cannot use this Application.
Security and spam prevention
This Application uses Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in, on our website forms, and on our website assistant. Cloudflare Turnstile is a service from Cloudflare, Inc. that helps distinguish between humans and bots, thereby helping prevent spam. Cloudflare Turnstile works by collecting IP addresses, user agent, browser information and behavioral data to help prevent bots and spam. Please read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy to learn more about your privacy when using this tool.
Information retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it: account data until you ask us to delete your account, at which point we erase your account records and stored files promptly and any residual backup copies are purged within 30 days; waitlist email until you unsubscribe; and purchase records for as long as the law requires.
Direct marketing
We use your email address for our own direct marketing, such as launch and product-update emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We run no ads, and we never share or sell your email address to advertisers. Direct marketing is the act of selling products or services directly to consumers rather than through retailers. Please see the “Your rights” section below for more information regarding exercising your privacy rights related to direct marketing.

We do not track your location. It is read only when you tap “use my location,” coarsened to roughly a kilometre, and used once to fetch weather conditions. To opt out, simply do not use that feature, or deny or revoke the location permission on your device.
We will need to verify your identity prior to effectuating your request. To verify your identity, you will need to provide us with the following information with your request:
- Email address
Please note that we may be unable to process your request if you do not provide us with the above information.
We will respond to most consumer requests within 30 days of receipt. However, some requests may take longer. We will notify you in writing if we need more time to respond. We have the ability to deny your request(s) if certain exceptions in the law apply. If we do deny your request, we will provide you with the reasons for such denial.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to protect it, including relying on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required by law.
Third-party websites
This Application may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than us. We provide such hyperlinks for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. It is up to you to read and fully understand their Privacy Policies. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a preference you can set on your browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. We do not act on DNT signals, because we do not track you across websites or apps in the first place: LoadNode runs no advertising trackers, sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and builds no profile of you. This website (not the app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting your device and without following you anywhere else. The app itself sends no analytics at all. You can either enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your browser.
