3. A Reliable Scale and Powder Measure or Trickler
Powder charge accuracy is the most safety-critical measurement in reloading. Your scale must be trustworthy. The main options:

Precision reloaders generally favour the hand tool for exactly this reason.
7. A Loading Block
A simple plastic or wooden block that holds cases upright during charging. After throwing powder into each case, visually scan the entire block before seating any bullets. 8. A Current Reloading Manual — Non-Negotiable

- Brass annealer — restores neck and shoulder temper that work-hardens with each firing cycle. - Bushing neck-sizing dies — replace the standard sizing button with an interchangeable bushing matched to your specific neck diameter. This gives precise control over neck tension without turning necks and reduces work hardening over the life of the case.
- Vibratory tumbler or ultrasonic cleaner — clean brass lubricates more evenly, feeds more smoothly through dies, and seats primers more consistently.
